Human-Centered Leadership.
Hi. Thanks for being here.
I'm a UX leader who specializes in inclusive design, collaboration, mentorship, and team growth.
I work cross-functionally to foster a culture of trust and belonging and work to ensure that everyone has equitable access to the tools and resources they need to do their best work, support each other, and feel proud of their contributions and impact on the rest of the company.

As a leader, my goal is to understand what makes each of my team members tick so that I can provide what they need to succeed, then clear a path for that success.
My content strategy background laid the foundation for user-centered design practices and storytelling to engage with any audience--internal stakeholder, cross-functional team, buyer, or customer. It taught me that no matter how the content or technology evolves, the process is always the same: understand your audience first and you will serve them well.
My Partner and I Published a Book to Help People Like Us!
Right now (early 2026) many people are wondering if leaving the US is something they should consider--I know, I was one of those people! After years of deliberating, one massive Mural board with dozens of 2x2s and pros and cons, 20,000 articles, IG posts, and freakout texts sent to each other, whispered conversations on car rides (kids in the back), my partner Grover Wehman-Brown and I came to a decision. We also helped some of our friends with their journey by sharing our tools and Mural board. Many people have chosen to leave, and others might want to leave but can't because of aging parents, shared custody, work or any of a number of complex grown-up reasons.
It's not an easy decision. It's huge. And it cant be done in one conversation. You need a container to hold it. Some we made one that was accessible to everyone. And gives you the tools to help make your circumstances work for you, no matter where you decide to live.
Together we created a fillable workbook to help people considering leaving the US decide if the move is right for them. It includes 12 steps with 61 exercises to help you feel confident if your desiions, help you create the life you want no matter where you decide to be, and move on with your life. The worksheets are boldly- and joyfully-designed--we wanted you to have something delightful to look at while thinking through these big decisions. Also, note that you don't have to do them all!
